Enterprise Lighting Sales Celebrates 30 Successful Years!
Enterprise Lighting Sales, a leading lighting rep agency in New York and New Jersey, celebrated its 30th year in business on May 11th, 2023. Founded in 1993 by Frank Conti, a well-known “fixture” in the lighting industry (pun intended!), the company has built a reputation for professionalism and strong relationships with both manufacturers and clients.
Frank began his career in the lighting industry in the 1970s when he was hired and later became a partner at Lighting Associates, a high-end showroom in the Interior Design Center. Throughout the years as his reputation for hard work and a commitment to customer service grew, Frank was encouraged by several manufacturers to start a new agency. In 1993 Enterprise Lighting Sales was founded and he named the company after the first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier that he served on in the Navy.
One important aspect for both Frank and Enterprise Lighting Sales is the partnership with IESNYC. Frank served as president of the IESNYC twice—first in 1979 (for just one year) and then again in 1989. He was Section vice president under Addison Kelly in 1988, and served on numerous committees and chaired many, including finance, education, and membership. He was chairman of the IES National Conference in 1987 and, in 2000, was awarded a Section Meritorious award.
Since that time, Enterprise Lighting Sales has been a loyal supporter of IESNYC and is currently a BRILLIANT SPONSOR to the organization which boasts the largest and most talented lighting community in the country with over 600 members.
Over the past three decades, Enterprise Lighting Sales has witnessed tremendous growth, expanding its reach across the country, and partnering with leading lighting manufacturers to offer a broad range of high-quality lighting and controls products. The company's success can be attributed to its commitment to delivering excellent customer service, technical expertise, and quality lighting products that meet the needs of its clients.
Today, the Enterprise Lighting team is made up of 50+ experienced professionals who have a deep understanding of lighting technology and industry trends. At present, there are 6 principals: Michael Carbonari-VP Operations, Gerry Trolio-VP Sales, Anna Kim-CFO, Joe Gallagher-VP Distributor Sales, Bruce Fink-President, and Mark Gold, Executive Vice President. Together they have continued the traditions set 30 years ago and are deeply invested in the company’s success and culture.
They provide lighting solutions for hospitals, schools, office buildings, and more, always with an eye towards quality and efficiency. They have also worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, and as the Cooper Lighting Rep in New York and New Jersey, has earned a reputation as one of the most reliable and trusted lighting agencies in the region.
