The Guiding Lights Circle Swings Into Action
We are pleased to share that The Guiding Lights Circle (GLC) recently hosted its inaugural meet and greet bringing together mentors and mentees for an enriching introduction. This mentorship initiative is designed to elevate the careers of both seasoned professionals and emerging talents in the lighting industry. By fostering connections between accomplished mentors and aspiring lighting professionals, the GLC creates a nurturing environment where invaluable skills and industry insights are shared.

This event has set the tone for what we know will be a rewarding experience for everyone involved, and we can’t wait to see the incredible progress that will unfold over the next six months,” said Jean Jacques, GLC Chair.
Running from September 16, 2024, to March 14, 2025, this IESNYC Mentorship pilot program aims to support and guide the next generation of lighting professionals with fresh industry perspectives and challenges.
