In Case You Missed It: The 2026 IESNYC Golf Outing
The 4th annual IESNYC Golf Outing brought 64 members of the NYC lighting and design community together for a full day of golf, friendly competition, and connection at North Hempstead Country Club.
From the 9:00am shotgun start to the final putt, 16 foursomes headed out for 18 holes, cheering on big drives, competing for team score, longest drive, and closest to the pin, and catching up with colleagues outside the usual project meetings and deadlines.
More than a day on the course, the outing gave lighting designers, architects, engineers, manufacturers, and representatives a chance to connect in a more relaxed setting—and a fundraiser that helps support IESNYC's programming throughout the year.
The day wrapped up with a relaxed BBQ lunch, where attendees celebrated the contest winners and found out who took home the 50/50 raffle.
Thank you to our event and hole sponsors—including Lutron Electronics, Light Abilities, Available Light, Hartranft Lighting Design, HLB Lighting Design, KGM Architectural Lighting, MGE Lighting Design Collaborative, and Pierce Lighting Studio—as well as everyone who joined us for the day.
We're already looking forward to next year's outing. See you on the course in 2027!
