IES26: The Lighting Conference
Denver Grand Hyatt, August 13-15, 2026
IES26: The Lighting Conference is the preeminent conference for all things lighting, from research to design to technology and more—a true state of the industry event.
Proposals are currently being accepted for the following conference activities:
- Research Track: Conference Papers
- Research Track: Technical Presentations
- Posters
Deadline for Research Track & Posters: February 26
Through all of IES’s education offerings next year, the focus is on sharing a deeper knowledge of light and the collaborative disciplines that make lighting a truly interdisciplinary field. This includes, but is not limited to, its spectrum, its color, how we measure and verify it, and its impact on people, place, and performance.
Topics beyond these themes are welcome; if your work advances lighting practice or strengthens cross-disciplinary understanding, we want to hear from you.
