John Wall
Factory Support Representative for the Holophane channel of Acuity Brands
As Factory Support Representative John help clients design and complete energy-efficient lighting projects that drive results. He works closely with electric utility program teams to promote incentive offerings and streamline project success across the commercial and industrial sectors.
With decades of experience in lighting design-build and renovation—from large-scale industrial upgrades to targeted commercial retrofits—he brings both hands-on expertise and strategic insight to every project. Before joining Acuity Brands, he served as a Senior Lighting Specialist with Evergreen Consulting Group and worked in distribution roles supporting contractors and facility managers across Oregon and Idaho.
His career began in the automotive industry, where he owned and managed a range of businesses from parts stores to machine shops. That entrepreneurial foundation continues to inform his client-focused, solutions-driven approach in the lighting industry today.
John holds a Lighting Certified (LC) credential from the NCQLP and an OSHA-30 Industrial Safety Certification. He is also a long-time community advocate, having served over 20 years as a planning and zoning commissioner in Pocatello, Idaho.
An Idaho State University alumnus and lifelong Bengals fan, John enjoys traveling to games and spending time on the Oregon coast with his family.
