NextGen is a new group designed to enable Emerging Professionals (EP's) and students to engage with IESNYC and the lighting community. It provides a place for them to get together for creative activities, networking opportunities, and virtual events. NextGen has a home on Discord so members can take part in open chats and group discussions with their peers. If you are a student or have been a part of the lighting industry for less than five years, join us for workshops, game nights, presentations, and tours.
